Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial electrical installations, maintenance, and repair work.
- Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults efficiently and safely.
- Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
- Communicate effectively with clients and project managers regarding job status and requirements.
- Utilize hand and power tools correctly for precise installations.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Apprentice Electrician license (State of Ohio).
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in residential and commercial electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuitry, and safety protocols.
- Ability to read and understand electrical plans and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
