Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures in compliance with NEC and PA state regulations
- Diagnose electrical malfunctions using advanced testing equipment and troubleshooting methodologies
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and project specifications
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and clients to ensure seamless project execution
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Manage inventory and order materials for assigned projects
- Mentor junior electricians and provide on-the-job training
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Pennsylvania Journeyman Electrician license (mandatory)
- Proven expertise with conduit bending, circuit installation, and troubleshooting
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex electrical systems
- Ability to work independently and in high-pressure environments
- Physical stamina for climbing, lifting, and working in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
