Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Assist senior electricians with wiring, circuit testing, and troubleshooting
- Follow strict safety protocols and adhere to electrical codes
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams for project implementation
- Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in paid on-the-job training and skill development programs
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required - we provide paid training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable transportation to job sites throughout Indianapolis
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
