Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems across residential, commercial, and industrial sites
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications with precision
- Ensure all work adheres to NEC codes, OSHA standards, and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment and troubleshooting methodologies
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to deliver seamless solutions
- Mentor junior technicians and uphold safety-first protocols on all job sites
- Document work orders, material usage, and compliance reports accurately
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State Electrical License (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on electrical experience with diverse project types
- Proven expertise in reading complex electrical schematics and blueprints
- OSHA 30-hour certification and current CPR/First Aid credentials
- Strong diagnostic skills for resolving complex electrical issues efficiently
- Proficiency with industry-standard tools and diagnostic equipment
