Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment
- Lead teams on complex electrical projects
- Train junior electricians on safety protocols
- Manage inventory and equipment maintenance

Qualifications
- Valid Washington State Electrician license
- 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience
- Expertise in residential/commercial electrical systems
- Strong NEC code knowledge
- OSHA 10-hour certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
