Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Use hand/power tools safely and effectively for wiring, conduit, and fixtures
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times
- Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting on electrical components
- Participate in on-the-job training and skill development programs
Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift heavy materials, and work outdoors
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Willingness to obtain North Carolina electrician apprentice license
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
