Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Install and maintain electrical systems including wiring, outlets, and fixtures
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Document work orders and maintain project records
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various environments
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Pass background check and drug screening
