Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with residential and commercial installations.
- Maintain and organize job site tools, materials, and equipment.
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations at all times.
- Perform basic wiring tasks, conduit bending, and fixture mounting.
- Keep work areas clean, tidy, and hazard-free.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and schematics.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
- Willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and heights.
- Strong desire to learn the electrical trade.
