We do not require prior experience. We value work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn. We provide all the necessary on-the-job training to help you become a certified Journeyman Plumber.

Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with the installation, repair, and maintenance of piping systems.
- Perform basic leak detection and drainage troubleshooting.
- Prepare job sites by gathering tools, materials, and equipment.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and safe.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain service needs and pricing.
- Utilize hand tools, pipe wrenches, and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Keep accurate records of materials used and time spent on jobs.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces or varying weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for reading measurements and calculating costs.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
