Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications to ensure code compliance
- Diagnose electrical failures using advanced diagnostic tools
- Lead safety protocols and maintain OSHA standards on job sites
- Collaborate with project managers to meet deadlines and client expectations
- Train apprentices and junior technicians on best practices
- Manage inventory and order necessary electrical components
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State electrician license (Journeyman/Master)
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proven expertise with NEC and Washington State Electrical Code
- Advanced troubleshooting skills for complex systems
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent
- Strong communication and client management abilities
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
