Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of residential and commercial electrical installations and repairs according to local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan electrical layouts.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and lighting fixtures.
- Ensure all work is performed in a safe manner, adhering to OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients and conducting on-site walkthroughs.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to identify electrical faults and provide efficient solutions.
- Assist in mentoring apprentice electricians and maintaining a clean, organized job site.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license in the state of Georgia.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in the electrical trade.
- Familiarity with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to work in various conditions, including heights, confined spaces, and outdoors.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
