Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose pipe leaks, clogs, and fixture issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform water heater installations, pipe replacements, and drain cleaning
- Ensure all work complies with Tennessee plumbing codes and safety standards
- Provide emergency plumbing services with 24/7 on-call rotation
- Estimate project costs and maintain accurate service records
- Maintain inventory of plumbing materials and tools
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee plumbing license (journeyman/master)
- Minimum 3 years verifiable plumbing experience
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Background check and drug screen required
