Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures using blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently and safely.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues in residential and commercial settings.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining technical issues to clients clearly.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Electrician License required (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory, power tools, and testing equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Physical stamina to stand, crouch, and lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
