- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications for project execution
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Collaborate with contractors and clients to deliver high-quality service
- Complete detailed documentation and safety reports
- Maintain tools and equipment in optimal condition
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional electrical experience
- Valid Minnesota electrical license (Journeyman or Master)
- OSHA 10 certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Strong knowledge of NEC, blueprint reading, and circuit design
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various environments
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Proven problem-solving and customer service skills
- Flexibility for after-hours/weekend emergency calls
