Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/industrial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local electrical codes
- Diagnose system failures using advanced testing equipment
- Supervise apprentices and coordinate project timelines
- Perform system upgrades and energy-efficient retrofits
- Document work orders and maintain safety logs
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Journeyman Electrician license (mandatory)
- 5+ years of commercial/industrial experience
- Proven expertise in conduit bending, circuit design, and motor control
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent
- Strong troubleshooting skills with multi-meter experience
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
