Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment in compliance with California Electrical Code
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Collaborate with project managers and construction teams on timeline adherence
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and OSHA regulations
- Supervise apprentice electricians and train team members on best practices
- Manage inventory of electrical materials and equipment
Qualifications
- Valid California Electrician Journeyman or Master License required
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Proven expertise with conduit bending, circuit installation, and power distribution
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic skills with multimeters, amp clamps, and circuit testers
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces or at heights
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
