Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting materials, and operating hand/power tools
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, cleanup, and material handling
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and project specifications
- Operate light machinery (e.g., forklifts, saws) with proper certification
- Maintain organized job sites and report equipment/materials needs
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily project milestones
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform strenuous physical work
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic tool proficiency (hammers, saws, drills)
- Strong teamwork ethic and punctuality
- Pre-employment drug screening required
