Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and residential properties
- Interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and specifications to ensure precise installations
- Adhere strictly to OSHA standards, NEC codes, and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical malfunctions using advanced diagnostic tools
- Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to meet deadlines
- Conduct thorough safety inspections and preventative maintenance
- Lead apprentices and junior electricians in best practices
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina Electrical License (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proven expertise in reading technical schematics and blueprints
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and local building regulations
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Physical ability to work in confined spaces and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license with clean record
