Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure all work adheres to National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety standards
- Diagnose electrical issues using specialized testing equipment
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with team members
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical guidance
- Maintain clean, organized worksites and proper documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Virginia electrician license or journeyman certification
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Flexibility for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun) and occasional overtime
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and electrical testing equipment
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
