Responsibilities
- Perform High-Quality Electrical Work: Install, maintain, and repair residential, commercial, and industrial electrical systems according to local codes and national standards.
- Diagnose Complex Issues: Accurately troubleshoot electrical problems and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Read and Interpret Blueprints: Analyze technical drawings and schematics to determine the layout of wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
- Ensure Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Customer Service: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide professional, courteous service.
- Material Management: Estimate project costs and requisition necessary materials and supplies.
Qualifications
- Journeyman License: Valid and current Journeyman Electrician license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints, using electrical testing equipment, and hand/power tools.
- Driver's License: Valid Texas Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work flexible hours including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
