Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial properties
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications for precise execution
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Ensure strict compliance with NEC and local safety regulations
- Lead weekend emergency response teams for critical situations
- Train junior electricians on best practices and safety protocols
- Manage material inventory and coordinate supply deliveries
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Virginia Electrician Journeyman license required
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Expertise in troubleshooting complex electrical systems
- Strong knowledge of energy-efficient technologies
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
