Responsibilities
- Install and troubleshoot electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures in residential/commercial settings
- Perform system diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance per NEC standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and local building codes
- Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Manage inventory and order materials for assigned projects
- Document work performed and maintain client communication records
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience required
- Valid Tennessee electrician license (Journeyman or Master)
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Expertise in reading technical blueprints and schematics
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex electrical systems
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
