Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with residential and commercial installations.
- Learn to read blueprints and wiring schematics.
- Perform basic tasks such as stripping wire, terminating connections, and mounting fixtures.
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety standards and NEC codes.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Transport materials and tools to job sites as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
- No prior experience required; apprenticeship training provided.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Strong desire to learn the electrical trade.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
