Responsibilities
- Perform Electrical Repairs: Diagnose and repair complex electrical issues in residential and commercial settings.
- System Installation: Install, maintain, and upgrade electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures.
- Compliance & Safety: Adhere strictly to the National Electrical Code (NEC) and company safety protocols.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, providing updates and ensuring satisfaction.
- Tool Maintenance: Inspect and maintain tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Documentation: Complete accurate job reports and time logs for payroll and billing.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license in Virginia.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on electrical experience.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints and using diagnostic testing equipment.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments, including attics and crawl spaces.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
