Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults efficiently
- Lead weekend shift teams for large-scale projects
- Conduct safety inspections and maintain detailed documentation

Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Journeyman Electrician license (MN)
- OSHA 10 certification
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Clean driving record
- Physical stamina for climbing, lifting, and confined spaces
