- Provide emergency weekend electrical support

Qualifications
- Valid Virginia electrician license (Master/Journeyman)
- 3+ years of hands-on electrical experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and multimeters
- Strong knowledge of residential/commercial systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
