Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Electricians: Provide hands-on support in residential and commercial electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance projects.
- Material Preparation: Help organize and prepare tools, materials, and equipment for daily job sites.
- Site Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Fixture Installation: Assist in the mounting and wiring of electrical fixtures, outlets, and lighting systems.
- Testing & Troubleshooting: Learn to use multimeters and other testing equipment to identify and resolve basic electrical issues.
- Customer Service: Interact with clients professionally, keeping them informed of project progress and timelines.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We prioritize attitude and willingness to learn over prior technical experience.
- High School Diploma: General educational development or equivalent is required.
- Valid Driver’s License: Must be willing to travel to various job sites within the Nashville area.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with measurements and basic arithmetic for calculations.
- Communication Skills: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
