Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems per NEC and local codes
- Perform wiring, conduit bending, and component replacement in commercial/residential sites
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and provide solutions
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely completion of weekend assignments
- Maintain detailed records of work performed and materials used
Qualifications
- Valid Nebraska Electrician Journeyman license or equivalent
- 3+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and local regulations
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Ability to work independently in physically demanding environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Weekend availability mandatory (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
