Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks, including digging, lifting, and hauling materials on job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily operations.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Unload and organize construction materials, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
- Maintain a strict adherence to OSHA safety standards and site regulations.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, diagrams, and safety instructions.
- Perform site cleanup duties, including debris removal and waste management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physical stamina to perform heavy labor for extended periods in all weather conditions.
- Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks on the job site.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
