Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan projects.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical system malfunctions efficiently and safely.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining work performed and answering client questions.
- Manage tools and materials to ensure efficient project workflow.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License (State of Michigan preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory, circuitry, and power distribution.
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts and holidays as required.
- Physical ability to climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
