Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety protocols
- Diagnose electrical issues using specialized testing equipment
- Lead weekend project teams and coordinate with subcontractors
- Document work orders and maintain detailed service records
- Perform emergency electrical repairs during weekend shifts
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Valid Indiana Electrician Journeyman license
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency in conduit bending, circuit design, and motor controls
- Strong diagnostic skills with multimeters and power analyzers
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Clean driving record and valid Indiana driver's license
