Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Learn to diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and manual inspection
- Perform basic pipefitting, threading, and soldering under supervision
- Ensure all work complies with Arizona plumbing codes and safety standards
- Prepare job sites, clean work areas, and maintain tools/equipment
- Complete training modules to develop technical knowledge and soft skills
- Participate in emergency call rotation for after-hours support
Qualifications
- No plumbing experience required - comprehensive training provided
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
