Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications to ensure code compliance
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Coordinate with project managers and clients to deliver on-time, within-budget solutions
- Adhere to NFPA 70E and OSHA safety protocols in all work environments
- Mentor junior electricians and maintain detailed service documentation
- Respond to emergency service calls during weekend shifts with minimal notice
Qualifications
- Valid Florida Electrician License (Journeyman or Master required)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Proficiency with conduit bending, transformers, and VFD systems
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex electrical troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently in diverse environments (heights, confined spaces)
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Valid driver's license with clean record
