Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair complex electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics with precision
- Ensure strict compliance with California Electrical Code (CEC) and OSHA standards
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced diagnostic tools
- Lead weekend emergency response teams for critical outages
- Mentor junior technicians on best practices and safety protocols
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely completion
Qualifications
- Valid California Electrician Journeyman License (required)
- 5+ years of hands-on electrical installation experience
- Expertise in low/high voltage systems, PLC programming, and VFDs
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent
- Strong diagnostic abilities with Fluke meters and oscilloscopes
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- California Driver's License with clean record
- Spanish bilingual preferred for diverse client base
