Responsibilities
- Perform routine and emergency electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations.
- Inspect electrical systems, devices, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair.
- Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.
- Ensure all work is performed in strict compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes.
- Use testing devices such as oscilloscopes, ammeters, and voltmeters to locate and diagnose problems.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Document all work orders and maintenance activities accurately.
Qualifications
- No experience required; we are looking for eager learners ready to start a trade career.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic reading and math skills for blueprint reading and technical diagrams.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
