Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local electrical codes
- Diagnose electrical faults using testing equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes)
- Coordinate with project managers and team members for seamless execution
- Document work orders, materials used, and safety protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Wisconsin Journeyman Electrician license (required)
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills with electrical systems
- Ability to work weekends and occasional overtime
- Physical stamina for climbing ladders and working in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
