Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance during weekend shifts.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to plan project execution.
- Ensure all work adheres to local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Conduct routine safety inspections and equipment testing to prevent hazards.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring tools and materials are stored properly.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project updates and requirements.
- Assist senior electricians with complex troubleshooting and system upgrades.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are willing to train the right candidates who show dedication and a strong work ethic.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy equipment and standing for extended periods.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to safety details.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
