Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/residential properties
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications with precision
- Ensure compliance with NEC and OSHA safety protocols
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Lead weekend shift teams during critical project phases
- Coordinate with contractors and building management seamlessly

Qualifications
- 5+ years of licensed electrical experience (MA Journeyman certification required)
- Proven expertise with weekend shift scheduling and overtime management
- Strong knowledge of industrial/commercial electrical systems
- OSHA 10/30 certification and CPR training
- Valid Massachusetts Driver's License and clean driving record
