Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures in residential and commercial settings
- Inspect electrical components, circuit breakers, wiring, and transformers to ensure safety and compliance with codes
- Diagnose electrical issues using specialized tools and troubleshooting techniques
- Collaborate with team members to execute projects efficiently and meet tight deadlines
- Adhere to all safety protocols and NEC standards during installations and repairs
- Prepare detailed reports for project documentation and client communications
- Manage inventory and order necessary electrical components and materials
Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts Electrician License (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Proven expertise with blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- OSHA 10-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Flexibility to work weekends and occasional overtime
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
