Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks including framing, drywall hanging, and concrete finishing.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
- Clean and prepare job sites, including debris removal and trenching.
- Follow all safety protocols and blueprints to ensure project quality.
- Perform general labor duties as directed by site supervisors.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous construction or labor experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety equipment.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
