Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial properties
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications to execute complex wiring projects
- Ensure strict compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local safety regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment
- Lead weekend crew operations and mentor junior technicians
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely completion of assignments
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate service records
Qualifications
- Valid Louisiana Electrician License (Master/Journeyman)
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting complex electrical systems
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Strong physical stamina for climbing, lifting, and confined space work
- Excellent problem-solving and customer communication skills
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
