Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial electrical installations and repairs efficiently.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues to ensure system functionality.
- Adhere strictly to local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and safe for clients and team members.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding project timelines and costs.
- Assist in mentoring junior apprentices when required.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License in California.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in the field.
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
