Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, safety regulations, and OSHA standards
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment
- Manage projects from start to finish with minimal supervision
- Train junior electricians on best practices and safety protocols
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience as a licensed Electrician
- Valid Texas state electrical license (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and local regulations
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various environments
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
