Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Prepare work sites by gathering necessary tools, materials, and equipment.
- Run conduit, wiring, and cables according to blueprints and project specifications.
- Test electrical systems and components to ensure proper functionality and safety compliance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Document work performed accurately and report any safety hazards immediately.
- Interact professionally with clients and team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide paid training; a willingness to learn is the only prerequisite.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Basic math and reading skills are required for blueprint interpretation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods on job sites.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and overtime.
