Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Coordinate with contractors, clients, and team members for project completion
- Manage inventory of tools and materials for efficient project execution
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid electrician license (or journeyman certification) in MN or NC
- OSHA 10-hour certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
