Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshoot complex electrical issues
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and NEC compliance standards
- Collaborate with contractors and clients to deliver exceptional service
- Manage inventory and order necessary materials for projects
- Document work performed and maintain detailed service records
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Louisiana Electrician license (journeyman/master)
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in high-pressure situations
- Flexibility for weekend shifts (Sat-Sun) and occasional overtime
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
