Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial properties
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local Austin regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Lead crews on large-scale projects when qualified
- Train apprentices on safety protocols and best practices
- Manage material inventory and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of verifiable electrician experience
- Valid Texas Electrician License (Journeyman/Master)
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficient in conduit bending, troubleshooting, and load calculations
- Strong knowledge of residential/commercial electrical systems
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to work weekends/evenings for project deadlines
- Pass background check and drug screening
