Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in compliance with NEC and California Title 24 standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and safety inspectors
- Train apprentices on safety protocols and best practices
- Manage inventory and procurement of electrical materials
- Ensure 100% OSHA compliance on all job sites
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid California Electrician Journeyman certification (C-10 license required)
- Proficiency with conduit bending, VFD systems, and power distribution
- OSHA 30-hour construction certification
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/overnights
- Clean driving record and valid Class C driver's license
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
