Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman electricians with the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Perform basic tasks such as stripping wire, terminating conduit, and mounting light fixtures and outlets.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams to understand project requirements.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Operate power tools, hand tools, and electrical testing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist in troubleshooting electrical issues and performing routine inspections.
- Transport materials and tools to and from job sites as needed.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We train all applicants from the ground up.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (3:00 PM – 1:00 AM).
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Valid Texas driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
