Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Lead small crews on projects and mentor junior electricians
- Manage inventory and material ordering for assigned projects
- Document work orders and maintain project timelines
Qualifications
- Valid Colorado Electrician Journeyman or Master license
- Minimum 4 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and safety protocols
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Experience with conduit bending, wire pulling, and circuit troubleshooting
- Excellent time management and customer communication skills
